Notes: Gabriel House of Care, an affordable extended-stay hospital hospitality house for caregivers and cancer and organ transplant patients receiving medical care away from home. Operated by the nonprofit St. Andrew’s Lighthouse, Inc. and located on the Mayo Clinic Florida campus in Jacksonville. Gabriel House of Care, a 37,500 sq. ft. home, with 29 bedrooms with private baths. Great room with large screen TV, game room, library, meditation room, and guest computer area. There is also a large central food preparation area, pantry, and large central dining room. Shuttle service to the Mayo Clinic Jacksonville.
Children Policy: Guests and caregivers must be 18 years or older

Rate Details: There is a nightly room charge of $55 for the first night $40 per night there after, with a per stay fee of $15 for linen and post-stay cleaning. Therefore the first night will be $50 ($35 + $15 cleaning fee).Gabriel House serves transplant and oncology patients and their caregivers only and live outside Duval County.
Booking Instructions: All guests must be referred by their social worker live outside Duval County and be a patient with a current schedule of appointments at a local medical facility. Guests must be able to fully care for themselves or have a caregiver staying with them. A referral is required from the patient’s local hospital’s Social Services Department where the initial eligibility screening is completed. Patient referrals are accepted and processed on a first-come basis.
