Notes: This home away from home offers 33 guest rooms, each with a private bath. Fully equipped kitchens with a community dining room. Two laundry rooms stocked with laundry and cleaning supplies. A cozy library area for curling up with a good look or surfing the internet and beautiful lobby with baby grand piano. Free shuttle service to UAB Cancer Center. The Hope Lodge is available for all cancer patients who meet the following requirements:1. Live 40 miles or more from a Birmingham treatment center 2. Receive outpatient treatment 3. Require an overnight stay for treatment.

Rate Details: Limited availability. Must permanently reside 40 miles of more away from or have at least a one-hour commute to their treatment facility
Booking Instructions: All referrals and reservations must go through the hospital social worker or nurses. Guests must be approved for admission to the lodge by their physician. Admission is coordinated through the Hope Lodge manager and referral physician. Patients must be able to care for themselves or accompanied by a caregiver.
Requirement Level: Healthcare Facility (HCF) must contact the lodging facility
