- Notes: This "home away from home" started by the Ballard Foundation to advance Cinco Charities goal of hospitality has 24 suites. Each suite is fully furnished with a private bath and kitchenette. The small kitchen has a mini fridge and microwave as well as a wet sink with counter space and cabinet storage. A built in desk, flat screen TV with some cable channels and free Wi Fi are available.
- Children Policy: All primary caregivers must be 18 years of age, however there is no age restriction on a patient to qualify.

- Rate Details: It is the goal not to charge for staying at Ballard House, however donations are accepted. For patients and caregivers. A maximum of 90 days may be approved depending on availability when a complete application is received. A guest must vacate for one month and can reapply for an additional 90 days.
- Booking Instructions: All guest must be referred from a (1) hospital or medical facility, (2) physician, social worker, or (3) service or community outreach organization.
- Requirement Level: American Cancer Society must contact the lodging facility
