- Notes: Sonesta ES Suites is an all suite facility that consists of 60 studio suites and 20 two bedroom loft suites. Hotel had a $8 million renovation in July 2016. All of the suites have fully equipped kitchens and the rooms are about 50% larger than a typical hotel room. Light touch daily for cleaning and deep clean once per week. Socials 3 nights a week.
