- Notes: The pavilion opened in 2019 with a five-story guest house atop six levels of parking. It holds 38 suites for pediatric patients and their families, and 38 for adult patients and their families.Two floors are dedicated to pediatric families, with no direct access for other adult guests. Children staying on adult floors also enjoy common areas and children’s activities. Your stay includes: A private room with a bathroom, microwave and mini-fridge (nine suites have kitchenettes to accommodate patients with vulnerable immune systems) One free parking space
- Children Policy: To stay you must have a child 21 years or younger being treated at a Portland hospital and live 30 miles outside of Portland.

- Room Type: Private Room
- Rate Details: You must live 30 miles outside of Portland to qualify. There is no cost or fee to stay here, although donations are greatly appreciated. One room per family. Donations of any amount are requested but no family is turned away due their inability to pay. For families of patients at Doernbecher Children’s Hospital, Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU), Casey Eye Institute, and Shriners Hospital for Children.
- Booking Instructions: To be a guest at the Ronald McDonald House, you must be referred by a health-care professional (doctor, nurse, social worker). Ronald McDonald House are not able to take reservations because we never know how long a child may need to be in the hospital. Families are checked into Ronald McDonald House as space and conditions permit. To confirm your request, you must call by 11:00 a.m. on your arrival day. There is a 30-day limit for each family stay.
