Notes: Completed in 1994, Omaha's Ronald McDonald House is located just three blocks from The Nebraska Medical Center campus. The house includes a large kitchen, several television rooms, a laundry room, a computer room, a linen closet and a playground. To be eligible to stay at the Omaha Ronald McDonald House, a family must live 35 or more miles away from Omaha and have a child who is receiving medical care in an area hospital. Families must be recommended by the social work department at the hospital or institution at which their child is receiving care.
Children Policy: Families with children are welcome.

Rate Details: A $25 donation per night for room and board is requested. In order to be eligible to stay at the Omaha Ronald McDonald House, a family must live 35 or more miles away from Omaha and have a child who is receiving medical care in an area hospital. Lodging, volunteer-prepared meals, laundry facilities, transportation to/from the hospital (within certain hours) and other services are included. If a family is Medicaid-eligible, Medicaid will often cover your stay.
Booking Instructions: Most of our referrals come from hospital staff and social workers. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
