Notes: The Ronald McDonald House of Knoxville provides a “home-away-from-home” for families of seriously ill children receiving treatment at nearby hospitals. The House provides a comfortable, supportive, temporary residence near the medical facility where family members can sleep, eat, relax and find support from other families in similar situations. The house contains private bedrooms and has access to common, shared areas such as bathrooms, kitchens, laundry areas, the living room, playrooms, and playgrounds. There is a second house with 5 additional rooms.

Rate Details: The requested nightly rate is $5 per night, but no family is turned away due to their inability to pay.
Booking Instructions: To make arrangements to stay at the House, medical referral is required, which can usually be obtained by your doctor’s office, a hospital social worker, or charge nurse. After the initial contact has been made, you MUST call on the day you wish to stay to check on room availability. If you have stayed with us within the last 3 months you can make a self referral.
