Notes: The new House offers 14-stories of care & comfort for families of hospitalized children and includes 86 guest rooms, a rooftop healing deck and a kitchen filled with home-cooked meals and supportive conversation. Families can park with the hospital at 225 E. Chicago Ave. The cost is $10 for less than 7 hours & $15 for more than 7 hours. For the initial visit, the hospital social worker must refer the family to a Ronald McDonald House to ensure they meet all the criteria.

Rate Details: Get a referral - Contact your child's assigned hospital case manager/social worker for a referral. The social worker will talk to you about the House and ask you some questions to make sure it is a good fit for you. Submit a referral – The social worker will then call the Ronald McDonald House to put in your referral. Returning families- If you have stayed at our House within the past year, you may call the House directly to be put on the list for a room. Check availability - Because we are unable to take reservations, call the day before you plan to arrive to find out if there is a room avail
Booking Instructions: 1st time guests must have referral come which comes from either the Admissions office or a Social Worker at hospital. Returning guests may call themselves directly.
Requirement Level: Healthcare Facility (HCF) must contact the lodging facility
