- Notes: The Ronald McDonald House provides temporary lodging for the families of children undergoing treatment in any of the Buffalo area hospitals. Families living outside of a 25 mile radius are eligible to stay. The House offers families a private room, shared bath, a fully stocked kitchen, laundry services, a children's playroom and van transportation to and from the hospital.
- Children Policy: The Ronald McDonald House provides safe, comfortable and affordable lodging to families of pediatric (under 21) patients receiving treatment in Buffalo area hospitals.

- Rate Details: Room fee is $20 per night. Cots are an additional $5.00 per night. Waiting lists may exist. A Letter of Medical Necessity must be presented upon check-in. Families must liive more than 25 miles outside of Buffalo to stay.
- Booking Instructions: Referrals for families come from a variety of sources, including hospital staff, nurses, doctors, and social workers. Referrals may be made from 9:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., seven days a week by calling the House at (716) 883-1177. A Letter of Medical Necessity must be presented upon check-in.
- Requirement Level: Healthcare Facility (HCF) must contact the lodging facility
