Notes: The Open Arms Foundation is the corporate charity of Mid America Apts (MAA). Open Arms homes are intended for families receiving temporary medical treatment. These 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom (4 person occupancy) furnished apartments are not intended as permanent housing for individuals requiring life-long treatment. Guest must be 18 year or older and will need to meet certain minimal requirements. Stay is dependent upon the availability in the area. Website - www.maaopenarms.com.

Room Type: Furnished Apartment
Rate Details: Rent, furnishings and basic utilities are free of charge and covered by MAA and the Open Arms Foundation. Guests must live at least 50 miles from where they are being treated and have proof of permanent address. Minimum stay of 30 days. Maximum stay of 2 years if continuous active treatment can be verified. Guests will need to provide a signed and dated Medical-Records Authorization form, and the medical facility will be required to furnish initial documentation of referral/active treatment.
Booking Instructions: Stay is dependent upon the availability in the area. If placement is not immediately available, guests will be placed on a waiting list maintained for treatment city.
