- Rate Details: Joe's House discount is 20% off for stays of 7-30+ nights (15% off stays of 2-6 nights). Monthly stay rates offer a larger discount compared to short-term stays. If you plan to stay for 30 nights or longer, a short-term lease agreement is required. Additionally, our policy requires a 30-day notice if you decide to shorten your stay after check-in. There is a $200 refundable deposit collected at check-in for every reservation. For stays that are 30 nights or longer, $500 is due at time of booking.
