- Notes: The Kimberly, a luxury boutique property in the heart of mid-town is located around the corner from MSKCC Pavillion Center. Deluxe guestrooms & suites, studios with full working kitchens, one bdrm suites with beds that retract up and down. Rooms range in size from 250 sq feet to just under 1,000 sq feet. Most suites have balconies. Private yacht sails May-Oct and is avail to the guest for a $35 fee per person. Empire Steak House and Bistango onsite as well as stunning rooftop bar and lounge, called Upstairs!
