The program recognizes the special sacrifices of our men and women in uniform and the hardships of military service by meeting a humanitarian need beyond that normally provided by the Departments of Defense and Veterans Affairs. There is at least one Fisher House™ at every major military medical center to assist families in need and to ensure that they are provided with the comforts of home in a supportive environment.

- Rate Details: Criteria established locally by hospital or installation commanders. All room fees for guest families at all Army, Navy, and Air Force Fisher Houses are paid by Fisher House Foundation. There are no room fees at Fisher Houses operated by the Department of Veterans Affairs.
- Booking Instructions: Healthcare provider and/or social work department must Contact Manager: via phone or theresa.nedrow.2@us.af.mil. Patient or family member must be in the military.
- Requirement Level: Healthcare Facility (HCF) must contact the lodging facility
