- Notes: Fair Haven provides a comfortable and convenient place near the hospital for patients and their families. Three locations; Ada's Place, the downtown apartments located near the IU Simon Cancer Center and Indiana University Health’s University and Methodist Hospitals, and the south side apartments located near Franciscan Health Cancer Center. Each one-bedroom is equipped with at least two twin beds and a roll-away bed or couch; a fully-stocked kitchen with all appliances; a washer and dryer; all bed and bath linens; cable television and wireless internet.
