Notes: Emerson Hospitality House is a “home-away-from-home” for out-of-town families and patients receiving medical treatment in one of our area hospitals. There are 6 guestrooms with 3 shared bathrooms within the house. Additionally there is a large kitchen, living room, a dining room, laundry room and a sun porch. Shuttle service to St. Mary's. Guests may bring their own food, and there is also a well stocked pantry - there are multiple refrigerators for guests to use.
Children Policy: Anyone who has a patient receiving active inpatient or active outpatient treatment at a local hospital and are from more than 20 miles outside of the Saginaw area are welcome to stay at the Hospital Hospitality House of Saginaw. Children must be well supervised.

Rate: $40.00 USD / daily
Effective Dates: July 1, 2023 until December 31, 2026
Room Type: Private Room
Rate Details: Anyone who has a patient receiving active inpatient or active outpatient treatment at a local hospital and are from more than 20 miles outside of the Saginaw area are welcome to stay at the Hospital Hospitality House of Saginaw.. A suggested donation of $20 is requested per night per room. Families experiencing financial difficulties can contact the Executive Director to make alternate arrangements.
Booking Instructions: Families or hospital staff should call 989.907.8986. The House is open 365 days a year. The family will be placed on a room request list (Please note that they do not guarantee reservations.)
Requirement Level: Patient must provide contact information for their doctor and HCF
