- Notes: Connelly Hospitality House is a comfortable and secure lodging facility for cancer patients and their families who travel more than 50 miles to receive cancer treatment in Farmington. Connelly House is located directly south of San Juan Regional Medical Center and is equipped to serve eight families. This home away from home has a large kitchen, food pantry, laundry, library, fireplaces and beautifully landscaped outdoor areas.

- Rate Details: Funding for the house come from donations. There is a $10 fee for RV hook up. For cancer patients and families. When the house isn’t fully occupied, families of those hospitalized with a traumatic injury or medical emergency and who meet the distance requirement are also welcome.
- Booking Instructions: Your doctor or nurse to refer you to San Juan Regional Medical Center’s case management. The staff there can help you complete the form required for registering at the house.
- Requirement Level: Healthcare Facility (HCF) must contact the lodging facility
