Notes: Brackett House has five private bedrooms (2–3 people per room), and shared spaces including kitchen with microwave and refrigerator, living room and two and a half bathrooms. We serve families of patients who are receiving treatment at Maine Medical Center at a distance from their home. We work on a first come, first serve basis. Families are referred by social workers. Your hospital care team can help determine if a stay at the Brackett House is a good fit for your loved ones. No one under the age of 18 is permitted in the house unsupervised or to spend the evening.

Rate Details: An overnight stay at the Brackett House costs $25 per room. Regardless of the number of guests staying in the room. There is a four person limit per room. Payment is due at time of check out. The initial $25 copay will be deducted from your final bill. Brackett House accepts cash, check or credit card/ debit card.
Booking Instructions: Families are referred by social workers. Your hospital care team can help determine if a stay at the Brackett House is a good fit for your loved ones. If a stay is recommended, your care team can make a referral on your behalf. The House does not accept self-referrals.
