- Notes: Conveniently located at Barnes-Jewish Hospital and Washington University Medical Center, Barnes Lodge provides a home away from home for families and patients who travel to St. Louis for medical treatment. Barnes Lodge provides a safe, comfortable and affordable atmosphere with staff on duty 24 hours daily to provide support and assistance. In addition to sleeping rooms, Barnes Lodge offers a dining room, kitchen, television rooms, laundry facilities and quiet rooms. A parking lot is adjacent to the building, and a free shuttle bus service is available. Reservations are not accepted.
- Children Policy: Barnes Lodge welcomes families with children. However, they do not provide cribs or other items especially designed for them.

- Rate Details: Reasonable rates. Registration is made by the bed rather than by the room due to the demand for accommodations and to maintain affordable fees. There are two twin beds in each room. In order to best utilize the rooms, a single guest is required to share a room with another single guest of the same sex. Due to increasing demands for lodging services, we can provide only one room per family with a five-person limit.
- Booking Instructions: Call Barnes Lodge to see about a room. Guests are served on a first-come, first-served basis – reservations are not accepted.. In the event that Barnes Lodge is fully occupied, the reservations assistant can refer you to other nearby lodging resources.
