Notes: Ark House is a group of fully furnished apartments that are rented for a nominal fee to patients who need a place to live while undergoing extended medical treatment in Dallas. Each apartment consists of a living room, dining area, kitchen, bath and bedroom. Furnishings include two twin beds, a recliner, sleeper sofa, basic cable TV, and books . The fully- equipped kitchen includes microwave, dishwasher and cooking utensils. All linens are furnished. The apartment complex has secure parking areas and on-site laundry facilities. The patient's permanent home must be 50 miles outside Dallas.

Rate Details: Daily rate is $28 per day ($196 per week), max stay is 90 days. A $100.00 security deposit is required. There is a $20 non-refundable fee for background check on all occupants over 18 years of age. Patients/families must live 50 miles outside Dallas to qualify for these apartments. Patients must be receiving active medical care at a Dallas area hospital for a prolonged and serious illness.
Booking Instructions: Ark House accepts patients and families that are referred through the social service departments of local hospitals. You must be referred by hospital personnel. Ark House reserves the right to verify medical appointments with medical service providers.
