Notes: The Hope Lodge provides housing free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis to cancer patients and their families during their course of treatment. The 41 guest rooms have private bath and sleeping accommodations for two. It also has a dining room, kitchen, library with computer access and recreational areas. Patients must have a referral from their doctor and be capable of caring for themselves in order to stay at Hope Lodge. They are also required to maintain their own room. Free daily transportation to and from treatment centers between the hours of 8:00AM and 4:00PM

Rate Details: Limited availability. There is no charge to stay at Hope Lodge. Eligibility requirements: Must sign a general release and waiver of liability form. Must permanently reside 40 miles of more away from or have at least a one-hour commute to their treatment facility. Must be in active cancer treatment .Must have a permanent home address
Booking Instructions: Patients must have a referral from their doctor. or social worker Referrals for reservations must come from a healthcare professional. All referrals are processed on a first come, first serve basis and serve all cancer treatment centers within the given geographic service area, providing equal access of service to their patient base.
