- Notes: The Reinberger Family Center at Akron Children’s is located on the second floor of the hospital. Family members can take a nap, get a shower or snack, relax in a quiet area. Limited room for overnight stays at the Sterling Jewelers Family Area. This part of the center has 5 sleeping rooms with double beds and a sixth room for overflow that has a single bed sleeper sofa. Each sleep room also has a private phone and private bathroom with shower.

- Rate Details: Any patient family may use the Reinberger Family Center, but priority for the sleep rooms goes to those who have patients in the neonatal and pediatric intensive care units and have traveled the greatest distance. Social workers from these patient care units coordinate those decisions. Overnight stays are typically for just one night.
