Notes: Ronald McDonald House provides a "home away form home" for seriously ill children including three meals a day and transportation to and from the hospital. The child must have a permanent address at least 40 miles from Dallas. The initial referral must be made by a social worker where the child is being treated in Dallas, or a Medicaid (Medical Transportation) worker. There are also 6 transplant apartments that serve up to 30 families each night. Two kitchens are available in the house as well as common areas including a family living room, library, activity room, and media room.
Children Policy: Children 21years old and younger are welcome to stay at Ronald McDonald House.

Rate Details: The Ronald McDonald House of Dallas requests a donation of $15 per night per room. This includes lodging, meals, laundry facilities, and other services. If this presents a hardship for a family, arrangements can be made with the Manager on Duty.
Booking Instructions: Initial referral MUST be made through the social work department . After the family has had an initial referral and visit, they can make their own arrangements. Families may be placed on a waiting list and prior contact does not guarantee reservations.
Requirement Level: Healthcare Facility (HCF) must contact the lodging facility
