Notes: The Pete Gross House provides housing for patients who need to temporarily relocate to Seattle while in active treatment. Each apartment has a washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, range, refrigerator, and television. The kitchens are generously equipped with dishes, pots, pans and cutlery. All utilities included. One-and two-bedroom apartments have queen size sleeper sofas. Additional Expenses: * $300 non-refundable, admin move-in fee.* Long-distance telephone service.* Secured parking underneath the building is $75 per month. Rates are from $1,510 to $1,646 for studio monthly, One bedroom $2,015 to $2,115 monthly, Two bedroom $2,686 to $3,024 monthly. Priority is given to patients requiring longer stays.No tax on stays of over 30 days. Inquire about stays under 30 days. Booking Instructions: Contact the facility as soon as possible to be put on the waiting list. Any SCCA patient, caregiver, or family member of a patient is welcome to stay at the SCCA House or Pete Gross House while the patient is undergoing active treatment. Pete Gross House gives priority to people who need extended stays of more than one month.
