- Notes: Help In Healing Home is an independent 501 (c)(3) located on Mayo Clinic Phoenix at the Village at Mayo Clinic offering room accommodations for cancer, transplant, and prolonged recovery patients where the risk of infection is minimized. The Village at Mayo Clinic consists of a grouping of 6 small homes called casitas. Each single-story casita has six 2-person max capacity private bedrooms with ADA accessible private bathrooms. Bedrooms have two queen-size beds with non-allergenic mattresses, and a recliner. Also library, large living room, dining room, kitchen, and outdoor patio.
- Children Policy: Due to immune-suppressed conditions of patients, all guests must be 18 yrs of age with a valid form of ID, or older. No pets allowed.

- Rate Details: The rate is $59 per night with a 3-night minimum charge and a one-time cleaning fee of $50. Facility does NOT bill insurance companies.
- Booking Instructions: This facility does NOT take reservations but works off a waitlist system. Patients or caregivers can contact our facility directly or may be referred by their medical staff–typically a social worker or patient navigator. A direct call or referral does not guarantee a room but does allow the guest to be place on our first-come-first-served waitlist. Due to the nature the guests’ medical conditions, there are often no firm check-out dates. The house cannot guarantee a room more than a few days in advance to a requested check-in date.
