Furnished housing rates depend on property and availability. Rental rates include utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, TV, in-unit laundry, free parking, and lawn care/pool maintenance where applicable. A refundable security deposit and one-time $350 final cleaning fee apply. Pet-friendly accommodations available with prior approval and an additional pet fee.
