Notes: Family House is a 501(c) (3) not-for-profit organization provides temporary housing to families of seriously ill children receiving treatment at the University of California San Francisco Benioff Children’s Hospital. Qualifying families live more than 50 miles from UCSF, and many live at or below the low-income status as determined by UCSF. The location sustains nearly a 100% occupancy rate and can accommodate 250 people per night. Pediatric social workers refer all patient families to Family House. Rate Details: There is no charge to stay at Family House, donations are requested but not required. These facilities are limited only to those who meet the qualifications set forth in conjunction with the UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital social worker. Please speak with your social worker if you will be in need of a place to stay. COVID restrictions apply. Please contact the house.
