- Notes: Complimentary shuttle to local hospitals. In addition to 37 guest rooms, the House offers comfortable living and play areas, a fully equipped kitchen, library, family resource center, children's playroom and laundry room. Surrounding the House are beautiful gardens, flowers, herbs, a children's garden with a waterfall, winding walkways and benches. Rooms are first-come, first-served basis. Requests for rooms may be made by the parent, a doctor, nurse, social worker or family member by telephoning the House at (216) 229-5758 between 2 and 9 p.m. (ET) on the day prior to the planned arrival.
- Children Policy: Any family whose child is 21 years of age or younger and is receiving active inpatient or outpatient treatment at any Cleveland area medical center is welcome

- Rate Details: Available only for families whose children are being seen at local medical facilities. Rooms are first come, first served. No family is turned away due to financial needs. Background check required.
- Booking Instructions: Requests for rooms may be made by the parent, a doctor, nurse, social worker or family member by telephoning the House at (216) 229-5758 between 2 p.m. and 9 p.m. (ET) on the day prior to the planned arrival. Room requests can also be made between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. on the day the room is needed. On the day before your scheduled arrival, please call between 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time) If your child has been admitted to the hospital, you may call the House from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (Eastern) to find out if a room is available.
